Terms of service
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. A sale is formed when we confirm your order by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline an order — for example if an item has sold out between your order and our confirmation, or if a listed price was wrong — and if we do, nothing is charged.
Prices
Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees and include any applicable taxes. They can change without notice, but the price shown when you place an order is the price you pay for that order. Delivery is added at checkout based on the district you choose.
Stock
Stock levels on the site are live but not instantaneous. If an item sells out between your order and our confirmation, we will offer you an alternative, a wait, or a refund of that line.
Product information
Descriptions, ingredient lists and imagery are provided in good faith and generally come from the manufacturer. Formulations and packaging change without notice. Always read the packaging you actually receive, particularly if you have an allergy.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Cosmetic products are not medicines, and claims about brightening, anti-ageing or acne on this site are cosmetic claims, not therapeutic ones. If you have a persistent skin condition, see a dermatologist.
Patch testing
We recommend patch testing any new product on your inner forearm for 24 hours before applying it to your face, particularly actives such as retinol, acids and vitamin C. We cannot be responsible for a reaction to a product used correctly and as labelled.

Your account and information
You are responsible for giving us an accurate delivery address and a phone number that reaches you. We are not able to refund an order lost because of details that were wrong when you gave them to us, though we will always try to help recover it.
Content on this site
Our text, photography and design belong to us. Brand names, logos and product imagery belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Sri Lankan consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes fall to the courts of Sri Lanka.
