How it works
Once you place an order, someone from our team confirms it by phone or WhatsApp — usually within a few hours during opening times. That call is also your chance to add something, change an address, or ask a question before we pack.
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. After that, they go out the next morning. You get a message with tracking details the moment the parcel leaves us.
Paying on delivery
Cash on delivery is available anywhere in Sri Lanka — you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Within the Western Province you can also pay by card at the door. Nothing is charged before your order is confirmed.
Packaging
Everything ships in a rigid box with internal padding, not a poly mailer. Glass bottles and dropper serums get an extra wrap. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and message us — we replace breakages without argument.
If something goes wrong
Couriers occasionally miss a day, particularly to the north and east during the monsoon. If your order is later than the window above, message us with your order number and we will chase it directly rather than asking you to. Returns are covered separately.
