What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and — if you give it — your email address. That is what a courier needs to reach you and what we need to contact you about the order.

If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address and nothing else. If you message us, we keep the conversation so the next person who helps you has context.

We do not ask for, store, or ever see full card numbers. Card payments on delivery are taken on the courier's terminal.

Why we keep it

To fulfil and deliver your order, to answer questions about it afterwards, and to maintain the order history we are required to keep for accounting. We also use it to recognise you if you order again, so you do not have to retype an address.

Who else sees it

Only our courier partners, and only the details they need to deliver: name, phone number and address. We do not sell, rent or trade customer information to anyone, for any purpose. We use Supabase for hosted database storage and Vercel for site hosting; both process data on our behalf under their own security terms.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages people find useful. It records page views and general location at a country level, not individuals. Your cart is stored in your own browser's local storage — it never leaves your device until you check out.

Marketing

We only email you if you have asked us to. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We do not add customers to the newsletter automatically because they placed an order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, as required for accounting. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Support conversations are kept for two years.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — the last subject to order records we are legally required to retain. Call or WhatsApp us at 077 334 1070 and we will action it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page with a date. Questions about any of it — just ask.
