Delivery, payment and returns

We deliver to every district in Sri Lanka. Orders to Colombo and its suburbs arrive in one to two working days; everywhere else takes two to four. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 15,000, and Rs 350–550 below that depending on district. You can pay cash on delivery anywhere in the country, or by Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer. Unopened items can be returned within seven days — the full return policy spells out the details.

Advice, not upselling

Most skincare problems are solved by fewer products, not more. If you tell us what your skin is doing, we will tell you honestly what is worth buying and what is not — and if the answer is that your current routine is fine, we will say so. Message us on WhatsApp, or read the journal, where we explain ingredients in plain language without the marketing.
